The folowing is a piece from my book, enjoy.

There are many times even now that my mind runs a million miles a minute and it never quiets until I spend time with the Lord. The following piece came out of one of those times.

My mind goes a million miles an hour.

Thoughts racing continually,

As if I will never have peace.

But then I go to you 

And my spirit lightens

My thoughts calm down

And finally the peace and calmness I desire

Completely surrounds me 

And I thank you Lord Jesus
